Construction EngineerDescription:
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
• Executing large scale earthworks, dam, civil concrete and infrastructure design and construction projects
• Developing execution plans and controlling engineering design consultants and construction contractors
• Ensuring construction compliance with all project designs, standards, specifications and strict quality control requirements
• Managing field design and responding to all Contractor technical queries
• Liaising with Construction Supervisors and maintaining control over construction schedules and budgets
• Continuously improve the productivity, efficiency and quality of the works being executed by the Construction contractors
• Ensuring all project health, safety, environment and community requirements are met

Qualifications
• Civil engineering degree is essential, with experience with international projects preferred
Knowledge & Exposure
• Sound knowledge of safe working practices and standards in the construction and mining industries.
• Sound knowledge of the requirements for site preparation and construction activities.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office based software and other standard NPMC software programs
Skills & Experience
• Prefer candidates who are of experience in earthwork & concrete wore
• 5 years experience within the civil earthworks, civil concrete and heavy infrastructure development projects
• Excellent safety record and history of achieving projects within time and budget targets
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fluent with Vietnamese and English languages
