I'm trying Windows Writer Live for the fist time. I found a reference to it on Nicholas Iyadurai excellent blog site called http://revitize.blogspot.com/. I believe he had been pointed to it by James Van http://allthingsbim.blogspot.com/ . I'll let you know how it goes, but it does look like it will give me a bit more flexibility when publishing posts.
